The Ansonia Housing Authority recognizes the importance of providing applicants and program participants with online self-service options. To support this effort, we offer portals for applicants, landlords, and families/tenants. A description of each portal is provided below.

To check an applicant’s status, provide updates to your application, questions or those needing assistance accessing their online account,
please contact AffordableHousing.com at (866) 466-7328 or log into your
AffordableHousing.com account.
Those who are on the HCV/Section 8 or Project Based Voucher Waitlists cannot access their online account from this AHA Website, you must go through AffordableHousing.com. All customer service inquiries on the HCV or PBV Waitlists must also be routed through the AffordableHousing.com Customer Service Center by calling (866) 466-7328.

Applicant Portal for AHA Leased Properties:
Federal Elderly & Disabled Waitlist: Closed, (closed November 30th, 2024)
State Elderly & Disabled Waitlist: Closed, (closed November 30th, 2024)
Those applicants to either the Federal or State Elderly/Disabled Waitlists, may check their status utilizing the Applicant Portal below.
Please note, Housing Choice Voucher-Section 8 applicants are not in this portal. Section 8 Applicants must go through AffordableHousing.com only.
